These Terms of Service govern the use of ERO Translation, a platform for managing and collaboratively translating language files (.po, .json, and more), for the projects that use it (AnimeGO, Undead Survival, and any project added in the future).
Account creation is not open to the public: it only happens via an invitation link sent by a project manager, for a given language. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. An account is personal and must not be shared between several people.
By using ERO Translation, you agree to:
Translations you submit through the platform are intended to be integrated into the project you submitted them for (AnimeGO, Undead Survival, etc.) and may be freely used by that project's manager, without any later claim of ownership on your part beyond the possible credit for your contribution in the project's history.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Service, without notice in the event of clear abuse. You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to contact@erosakuga.com.
ERO Translation is currently a free service. The publisher reserves the right to introduce a paid offering in the future (for example, aimed at independent translators or studios wishing to host their own projects). Should this happen, existing free features will not retroactively be turned into a paid offering without prior notice, and these Terms of Service will be updated accordingly.
The publisher makes every effort to ensure the service is available, without guaranteeing continuous availability. No compensation may be claimed in the event of a temporary interruption.
These Terms of Service may be changed at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
