User Obligations and Conduct

<p>The User agrees to comply with the following rules:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Respect for Others:</strong> The User commits to showing respect towards other members and the moderation team. Injurious, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, or any illegal content is strictly prohibited.</li>
<li><strong>Names and Texts:</strong> Usernames, character names, and texts (histories, discussions) must remain correct and decent. Acceptable puns are allowed, but any obscenity or abusive provocation is prohibited.</li>
<li><strong>Content:</strong> The User commits not to publish content that violates applicable law.</li>
</ol>

Moderation and Penalties

<p>The Publisher reserves the right to moderate, edit, or delete any content deemed non-compliant with these TOU.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Warning System (Blame):</strong> In case of a moderate violation of the rules of conduct, the User will receive a warning (Blame).
<ul>
<li>The accumulation of <strong>three (3) Blames</strong> may lead to temporary suspension or permanent banning of the account.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Immediate Ban:</strong> The Publisher reserves the right to enforce a permanent ban without prior notice in the event of a serious act, including:
<ul>
<li>Harassment, threats, or personal attacks.</li>
<li>Any attempt at hacking, site attack, or fraud.</li>
<li>Publication of illegal or hateful content.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ol>

Modification of the TOU

<p>The Publisher reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Users will be informed of modifications via a notification on the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new TOU.</p>
